Last year my wife and I traveled to Bansko, Bulgaria. We were hiking and climbing beautiful Pirin mountains. We climbed the highest peak there, called Vihren. This one was taken in our descending from the top.

This is the symbol of beautiful Navagio beach on Zaynthos island, Greece. I was standing on a cliff 100m above the beach. The path that got me there was narrow, steep and risky, but I couldn’t resist taking pictures of this beauty and enjoying the view.

Just before we arrived on the beautiful Navagio beach on Zakynthos, Greece I took a picture of the life belts on a boat.

Legs of my wife. Taken with improvised and large softbox. The only thing that was taken off was the background. Instead of pure white, it was the wall texture. So you know how we pictured this out.

This is an extreme macro of colored crayons. It was taken with rather unusual setup. First, I used Canon PowerShot A620 camera, no DSLR here. But it has a great macro up to 1cm from the lens. However, when the camera is that close, it blocks the light. Fortunately, it was mounted on a steady tripod and I used one very strong 2000w video light and bumped it off the ceiling. That was more than enough for 1sec exposition!

During my stay at the gypsy camp, I entered many houses built of cardboard and plastic. In this one, there was a man with severely injured leg. He couldn’t walk and was feared of amputation. He was laying on the bed with his baby and I took only two pictures. Fortunately, he recovered completely after a few weeks. Taken with Ilford HP5+ film.

This one was funny to make. In the bathtub I’ve put an empty fish tank with 35mm camera in it and got a super-waterproof case. Once I filled the bathtub with water, I played with a little wind-up fish toy and took some pictures. Ilford FP4+ film.
